Objectives

What We Offer

Over the years, each mechina was run as a “separate kingdom” and each executive had to deal with the challenges of managing the mechina on his own. The “Stance” executive program creates a framework for peer-to-peer learning, in which the executive of the Mechina meets regularly with other executives, learns from their experience, and teaches from his. In addition, the executives will receive enriching content both in the administrative and educational aspects of the mechina. The program will allow each executive to refine his or her value perceptions and understand how to instill them in his or her own mechina. The program will include ten day-long sessions that will operate in a beit midrash format, combining intimate conversation, that combines intimate-sharing and conversation along with the study of texts and guest lectures. The program will invite its to acquire tools for building a personal vision, establishing a project and carrying it out in their Mechina.
