For the past fifteen years she has combined her two great loves: mentoring and working with youth and adults in the areas of Jewish leadership and identity. Meeting with people from Israel and the world, members of different religions and cultures is what fascinates and excites her. Married to Nir, mother of Gili and Matan and lives in Rosh Pina.

Studied Education and Management at the Open University and has certificates in Human Resource Management and Management and Marketing skills. In the past, she was a project manager at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (MATI), a bureau director at the Government Tourism Company (Tiberias Director) and coordinator of a professional union (Noal) in the Kinneret region. For the past 7 years, she's an organizational director at the Yigal Allon Center. Married to Danny and mother of two sons, lives in Tiberias.

Works in the "Gap Year" department, whose main target audience is mechinot participants. Over the past decade, Yami has taught courses varied subjects in about 15 different mechinot. In addition he constructs and instructs seminars and study tours, leads the "Young Head", and instructs in "Emda" seminar. He holds a bachelor's degree in Jewish history and a teaching certificate in history from the University of Haifa. He is currently in the process of writing his dissertation (thesis) as part of his master's studies in the Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at the University of Haifa. Member of Kibbutz Afikim, married and father of three. Works in the "Gap Year" department, whose main target audience is mechinot participants.
