Throughout her years of personal and professional development, she has dealt, studied and developed in areas that bring about social change in Israeli society. The path began in special education, through educational counseling, group facilitation, mediation between groups in the population, creation of a covenant for religious and secular coexistence, management, community development, guidance, coaching and leadership development, consent building and public participation processes, population mentoring, partnership management, social planning of the northern region and working with authorities and communities - all with great faith in building partnerships as a tool that drives change.
Educator in the fields of Jewish culture, Zionism and Hebrew literature. In the past, he led leadership programs for youth, served as the head of a mechina, managed the Shitim Institute and for about three decades teaches communities, teachers, soldiers and commanders, youth movements and mechinot. Avi is married to Sigal and the father of Tal, Nitzan and Amos.
Lawyer, educator and social activist. Managed programs at JDC Israel to integrate the ultra-Orthodox sector in academia and the labor market, partner in establishing and accompanying the ultra-Orthodox fighters in the Givati Brigade and the Paratroopers Brigade, lecturer in Judaism and democracy in various forums, Israeli institutions and senior levels in the defense establishment
Holds a bachelor's degree in Israel studies, non-formal education from Beit Berl College, a master's degree in Jewish education from the Hebrew University and holds a certified guide license from the Ministry of Tourism. For the past fifteen years she has combined her two great loves: mentoring and working with youth and adults in the areas of Jewish leadership and identity. Meeting with people from Israel and the world, members of different religions and cultures is what fascinates and excites her. Married to Nir, mother of Gili and Matan and lives in Rosh Pina.
Studied Education and Management at the Open University and has certificates in Human Resource Management and Management and Marketing skills. In the past, she was a project manager at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (MATI), a bureau director at the Government Tourism Company (Tiberias Director) and coordinator of a professional union (Noal) in the Kinneret region. For the past 7 years, she's an organizational director at the Yigal Allon Center. Married to Danny and mother of two sons, lives in Tiberias.
Works in the "Gap Year" department, whose main target audience is mechinot participants. Over the past decade, Yami has taught courses varied subjects in about 15 different mechinot. In addition he constructs and instructs seminars and study tours, leads the "Young Head", and instructs in "Emda" seminar. He holds a bachelor's degree in Jewish history and a teaching certificate in history from the University of Haifa. He is currently in the process of writing his dissertation (thesis) as part of his master's studies in the Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at the University of Haifa. Member of Kibbutz Afikim, married and father of three. Works in the "Gap Year" department, whose main target audience is mechinot participants. Immigrated from Uruguay several years ago where he was an agronomy engineer and owned an import / export company. Since his Aliyah he has worked as a machine operator in a factory, souvenir shop and the reception and customer service of a hotel. Married +3 and lives in Tiberias
